We Are
Edrak Associates is a locally registered and owned firm in Kenya that specializes in Comprehensive Organization Capacity Assessment and Development (COCAD), and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) with a strong focus on Third Party Monitoring (TPM), public and private sector governance, auditing, and financial management services to commissioning organisations, donors and implementing partners to ensure greater accountability for set objectives.

Capacity
Edrak and its Associate Consultants have over 30 year’s individual and joint expertise and capacity gained while undertaking local and international assignments with bilateral and multilateral donors e.g., USAID, World Bank, DFID, Global Funds, CDC, among others. The Executive Director, Edward Ouko, is the immediate former Auditor General of Kenya having served his complete term of 8 years (2011-2019).
